The National Capital Authority is currently undertaking the following heritage management plans in accordance with the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and Regulations.

  1. National Carillon & Aspen Island Heritage Management Plan
  2. Old Parliament House Gardens Precinct Heritage Management Plan
  3. Lake Burley Griffin and adjacent lands Heritage Management Plan
  4. Parliament House Vista Heritage Management Plan
  5. York Park North Oak Plantation Heritage Management Plan

Due to commence in 2007/08

  1. Changi Chapel Heritage Management Plan
  2. General Bridges Grave Heritage Management Plan
  3. Parkes Place & National Rose Gardens Heritage Management Plan
