This draft Development Control Plan (DCP) No. 10/06 has been prepared to establish planning and urban design provisions including building height, landscape character, access and parking for Blocks 4, 5, 6 and 7 Section 39 Griffith

The draft DCP has been prepared in accordance with the National Capital Plan and is now available for inspection and comment. The NCA invites interested people and organisations to provide written comments on Draft DCP No. 10/06 by close of business on Friday 24 September 2010. A public information session was held at the NCA offices on Thursday 26 August 2010.
