Lake Burley Griffin Flood Recovery Management Plan Print Write e-mail

Recent flood events were recorded in the ACT (and neighbouring regional NSW areas) on 3 December 2010 and 9 December 2010 - extending for up to 4 days at a time. Both flood events affected the functional, aesthetic and water quality aspects of Lake Burley Griffin.

The Lake Burley Griffin Flood Recovery Management Plan aims to allow key stakeholders, lake user groups and the general public an insight into the flood recovery and maintenance operations facing the National Capital Authority.

This plan is a working document that will be reviewed and updated regularly.
