On 30 June 2009 the National Capital Authority (NCA) approved Development Control Plan 171/09/0003 Block 5 Section 18 Griffith.

DCP No. 171/09/0003 has been prepared at the request of the ACT Government.

This Development Control Plan No. 171/09/0003 has been prepared to establish planning and urban design provisions focusing on building height, landscape character, access and parking for Block 5 Section 18 Griffith.
