One of the key goals of open government are to encourage citizen collaboration in policy development and to promote online engagement.

As part of its public consultation processes and in keeping with these goals, the National Capital Authority (NCA) has set up this website to encourage discussion on matters impacting on Canberra as the national capital. The NCA hopes that it will be a space where a range of people in the community with an interest in the national capital can contribute.

You will receive emails regarding public consultation being conducted by the NCA, including details of the NCA's public forums.
