Kings and Commonwealth Avenues Renewal

The National Capital Authority (NCA) is in the early stages of a strategic review that will guide the management and renewal of Kings and Commonwealth Avenues over the coming years. The strategic review will cover everything from the aesthetic of the avenues through to access for cyclists, pedestrians and motorists.

Parking Management on National Land

The Australian Government announced, as part of the 2013-14 Budget, that pay parking will be introduced on National Land in Parkes, Barton, Russell and Acton. Pay parking in these areas will commence on 1 July 2014 to assist with ongoing parking management on National Land.
