Asset Management Strategy
The Authority's asset management strategy recognises the significance of national assets and the interrelationships between them. The strategy links with the Authority's corporate plan and operational activities.
The asset management strategy:
- provides the framework for the Authority's decision making about the creation of new assets and the care of existing assets; and
- guides decision making about the level and standard of care required for the respective assets.
