COMMERCIAL SERVICES/ACTIVITIES – A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY IN THE PARLIAMENTARY ZONE
COMMONWEALTH PLACE - Three premises:
- Commonwealth Place West Space
- Commonwealth Place Western Kiosk
- Commonwealth Place East Space
The National Capital Authority is seeking proposals from suitably qualified operators with vision and an innovative approach to providing commercial services/activitites for local residents and visitors to Canberra from a number of premises within the Parliamentary Zone at Commonwealth Place.
On the southern foreshore of Lake Burley Griffin, Commonwealth Place offers spectacular views across the Lake. Located in the heart of Canberra it is within walking distance of a range of national institutions and provides a national forum for events, gatherings and ceremonies.
