Organisational Structure
The NCA's organisational structure is generally aligned with its statutory responsibilities and output reporting requirements. The NCA structure includes the management positions of Managing Director Planning and Urban Design, A/g Managing Director Projects, Managing Director Finance and Estate, Managing Director Governance, Managing Director International Relations and Leasing and Director Exhibition and Outreach.
The Authority secretariat and the Governance unit provide direct support to the Chairman, the Chief Executive and the Authority members.
