Statement of Intent
This Statement of Intent is the National Capital Authority Chairman's response to Minister Lloyd's Statement of Expectations.
The Uhrig Review into the governance of bodies like The National Capital Authority (NCA) suggested that the agencies use 'Statements of Intent' to respond to their Ministers, and outline "how the authority intends to undertake its operations, and how its approach to operations will be consistent with the Statement of Expectations.
The NCA's Statement of Intent outlines how the NCA proposes to meet the expectations of government between 1 October 2006 and 30 September 2007.
