Create a variety
of urban spaces
The intention is to:
- establish a sequence of spaces that range from the Land Axis to
the development courts
- provide a major focus for public representation and gatherings of
national interest
- create spaces that will support vibrant activities of discovery
and others for reflection or quiet enjoyment
- link buildings and places with a legible road and pathway network
