We present the report on the operations of the National Capital Authority for the year ended 30 June 2006. The report complies with the provisions of section 50(1) of the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988. Section 50(2) of that Act requires that you cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after you receive the report.
