Terms and Conditions of Employment

Employment conditions in the National Capital Authority are covered by the National Capital Authority's Collective Agreement 2006 - 2008 (the Agreement) or through an individual Section 24 Determination.

The Collective Agreement includes information on employee entitlements covering salary, leave, hours of work, flextime, over-time, performance management and other conditions of employment.

Offers of employment to SES and Executive Level employees may be made subject to the successful applicant accepting an Section 24 Determination. Leave conditions for employees on Section 24 Determination are the same as are specified in the Collective Agreement.
